Breakfast is . . . almost whatever you want it to be. Our kitchen is there to please the guest, not the other way round.

However, we do offer a wide selection of dishes, most of which are inspired by fresh local produce from Scotland’s bounteous larder.

Griled Morayshire Pork Sausage
Tomato
Mushroom
with fried, poached or scrambled free range egg

Smoked Haddock with a poached egg
OR
Smoked Salmon in scrambled egg with a dill sauce
OR
Boiled eggs with buttered soldiers



Continental Breakfast

Platter of Parma Ham, Arran Cheddar and Mull of Kintyre Truckle Cheeses. Served with a warm croissant

Choice of tea (Breakfast Blend, Earl Grey or Herbal Selection)
Cafetier Coffee
Toasted Home Made Herb Bread or Organic Granary Bread

All our breakfasts are cooked to individual order - please bear with us when the Breakfast Room is busy



Wherever possible, we try to use homemade or locally sourced ingredients on our breakfast menu. Credit goes to:

Mike Mustard in Nethybridge for our Pork Sausages.

Spey Valley Smokehouse in Grantown on Spey for our Smoked Salmon.

Glebe Farm, Boat of Garten for our Free Range Eggs and

Kate at home, for her strawberry, raspberry and plum with stem-ginger jams, using fruit from Drumuillie and our own garden.

Our Herb Bread is baked daily.
